Learning Energy Work

Hello! We are moving through the coldest part of the year in the US, and I hope everyone is staying warm.

This winter, I have committed to a facilitator program to learn energy work. The work is called Genius Frequency Methodologies Elemental Embodiment Explorations.

I have been receiving care from the creators of this work, Drs. Brian and Chelsea Rae Lumb, for 10 years. I initially began care with them when they practiced Network Spinal Analysis, which is a combination of chiropractic care and energy work. It has become quite popular, and Dr. Brian Lumb was one of the top three facilitators in the country.

I gained a lot from my time receiving Network Spinal Analysis, however Drs. Brian and Chelsea Rae would go on to create their own system of care, Genius Frequency Methodologies. This is a complex and effective system of energy work, which includes facedown work on a massage table with spinal contacts as well as face-up work with Elemental Embodiment Explorations (EEE). It is the face-up EEE work that I am learning to facilitate now.

Since July 2023, I have been receiving this work, primarily from Dr. Brian. What is amazing about learning to facilitate it is I can go back and process what was happening in my care on the table. Genius Frequency Methodologies is based around the six elements that make up the world we live in. Each of us has our own elemental code, as well as a collective code that applies to everyone. We learn to work with the elements through breath and physical touch on our own bodies. When I facilitate someone else, I am not touching their body for EEE work. They are their own healers, and can work with the collective and individual codes to explore their own bodies and emotions.

Though this is a departure from yoga teaching, it actually relates and pairs so well with yoga. It is like a good wine and cheese pairing, in which the two complement and bring out the best in one another. I hope to use this work in one-on-one yoga coaching sessions, and eventually in the group classes I teach.
